AMY + ALLY // PROUTS NECK COUNTRY CLUB WEDDING

Amy and Alastair(Ally) were married on a warm September day along the pristine seaside location, Prouts Neck Country Club.  Growing up in Scarborough, I had always admired this private golf course but had never explored the property itself.  So, given the opportunity to shoot a wedding there, I was immediately intrigued and excited to work with Amy and Ally.  When they hired a dream team of vendors including The Purple Orchid Event PlanningLake Region Caterers, and the Bob Charest Band, I knew we were in for a spectacular event!

I loved that the couple paid homage to Ally’s Scottish heritage – kilts, bagpipes, and Traditional Scottish dances and sing-a-longs; there was no shortage of moments to capture!  Amy and Ally were so sweet and easy to work with.  I was able to sneak them out for a quick sunset shoot at the nearby Cliff Walk before ushering them back to the lively party at the clubhouse.  And what a party it was!  Cindy and Bob know how to engage the crowd and really knocked it out of the park with their performance.   The night ended with the couple being lifted into the air by guests as the final song played in the background.  A truly memorable moment.  Congratulations Amy and Ally – best wishes to you both!
